Bare du husker på at S modellen er primært til
SPS dominerende akvarier og R modellen er til blandede
LPS /
SPS
Du får lige en besked fra en medarbejder fra Pacific Sun, jeg fandt på nettet da jeg søgte på forskellen .
Hello,
We have only two different(from spectrum point of view) panels.
Hyperion S/S2 - this panels are built with 9 independent channels each and spectrum offered by this panel is "discrete"(like in T5 tubes) - it's full spectrum panel but built without white leds. It give more possibilities to Customer in spectrum adjusting.
Hyperion S have 145W(two core on each LED panel) , Hyperion S2(it's panel S divided by 2) - only one core on each LED panel.
Cores are built in SMT(Square Matrix Technology) which mean that all leds are placed very close together(abotu 20x20mm square). It guarantee better color mixing and very strong shimmering effect.
Second panel available in our hybrid lamps(but also in modular) are panels Hyperion R2+ series(which are succesor of Hyperion R2).
This panels have 8 channels and use warm white leds(but less white leds than original Hyperion R2 - only two pcs in each core). Additionally they are built in SMT technology(also like Hyperion S panels).
When I will be in office I will upload here both spectrum charts - you will be able compare them toghether.
Hyperion S/S2 was designed for
SPS dominated tanks, Hyperion R2+ are more universal and will work for all kind of corals(warm white leds have good response by soft corals - due similar part of spectrum like in shallow water below water surface in natural environment).
For your tank I suggest hybrid lamp - Pandora Hyperion S 2x145W (+ 4x39W T5) or Pandora Hyperion R2+ 2x135W + (4x39W T5).
Model depend from your aquarium type - mixed coral reef or
SPS dominated.
Actually all hybrid lamps include our T5 tubes which was specially designed for hard corals.
Regards
Przemek
